We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team of authentic, ambitious, smart, nice people and help us build the next generation of great venture backed startups. You will have the unique opportunity to lead product design for new startups, participate in the design and ideation of new business concepts, and rapidly prototype new and innovative software interfaces and experiences. This is your chance to help build ten new products a year - while launching ten new companies.

Most importantly, you’ll help build a B2B SaaS community and ecosystem that is truly inclusive, diverse, and supportive of founders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Design: You’ll run end to end product design from conceptual discovery to high fidelity delivery

User Interface Design: You'll get a chance to deliver user interfaces from the ground up, on a host of products, in a variety of industries

Work Cross Functionally: In the course of building product concepts and UI, you will be working directly with founders, the Venture team, and a cross functional team of company builders like you

Make it Equitable: Ensure that diversity, equity and inclusion are at the center of your team building, idea generation and validation, and business modeling.

Making it Meaningful: You tell us! We fund and build different companies and projects, across a variety of important missions. This is your opportunity, where will you take it?

What You’ll Need

• Experienced in the startup ecosystem, preferably in VC, a Venture Studio, an early-stage startup, or product agency
• Proven ability to own from discovery to delivery for a new product
• Strong experience in visual product design, with a portfolio of conceptual and visual product work
• UI design expert with a strong understanding of of UX design
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• High integrity, a strong work ethic and takes a lot of pride in their work
• Bonus points for experience in the B2B SaaS space!
