We are looking for a talented product designer who can work across all stages of design, from understanding the core user problem to shipping a well-tested UI, does this sound like you?
As a senior design practitioner in the company, you will be at the heart of delivering new value to our customers. You’ll work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to craft innovative design solutions, helping thousands of users globally thrive in their work.
During your first year at Invicti, you will:
- Oversee the evolution and implementation of our design system
- Drive UI design on our next-gen product, playing a high-profile role in shaping the new experience
- Become a vital partner to our front-end engineering team
- Take on complex design problems, communicating your solutions to key stakeholders in Product and Engineering
- Work with the Director of UX to pioneer Design Ops practices at Invicti
- Evolve existing designs, balancing speed of new feature implementation with a sustainable design approach
- Establish experience as a differentiator and make Invicti products an irresistible solution for our customers
Your approach will typically involve:

You will have evidence of the following skills and experience:
- 6-8 years of product design experience on comparable products
- Balancing data-heavy interfaces that guide users towards priority actions
- Building and evolving a design system in parallel with product feature work
- Creating testable prototypes that inform design choices
- Deriving and applying meaningful metrics to interfaces and interactions
- Designing software interactions and interfaces in a changeable, agile environment
Ideally, you will also have:
- Experience with SecOps tools and/or insight into the difficulties faced by AppSec and DevOps teams
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, software, or design-related discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Remote research experience
Relationships
We view the product experience as a joint endeavour. Design is a partner to both Product and Engineering. You will be skilled in seeking relevant input and including others in the design process. Our standard is to achieve shared ownership of the solutions we offer customers and users.
